I was born and raised in San Luis Obispo where I attended Cuesta College and Cal Poly graduating in 2007 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over the next ten years, I was employed as an engineer in several different challenging capacities, often travelling to many areas of the world experiencing different cultures and working with the professionals from those countries.

I purchased my first home in Grover Beach in 2008 where I discovered that my passion was owning, repairing, improving, and renting properties right here in my home community. In 2010, I withdrew from the Masters of Business Administration program at Cal Poly to pursue my real estate license. For the next 7 years, I bought and sold real estate part-time while continuing to work full-time in engineering that I later left focusing exclusively on real estate.

Today, I own a handful of properties mostly in south San Luis Obispo County with the exception of one property at Lake Nacimiento in North County all of which I personally maintain, rent fully furnished, clean, make upgrades, and manage. It’s a thrill to me when some of my rental guests turn to me to assist them in purchasing their first home, or visa-versa when customers that I have sold a home to rent one of my properties.

I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades and can excel at most things I put my mind to. With my very high energy and desire to improve things around me, I am self-motivated and driven and a hard-working guy.

I never hesitate to jump in for my clients to help get whatever repairs or upgrades need to be done prior to placing a home on the market. From cleaning the grounds, hauling off trash, lining up the right people to get the work done affordably and in a timely manner, or staging the property for taking pictures, I am always available and ready to take care of whatever needs taking care of and there is no task beneath me that I won’t tackle.

I put my heart and soul into helping people with their real estate needs and I can be depended upon to act expeditiously during the entire process involved in buying or selling a home.
